With this service, we step in to fine-tune your plans, ensure everything is organized, and take the stress out of the final countdown, so you can enjoy the lead-up to your celebration with peace of mind.

- Day of + Rehearsal Coordination (based on location travel fee may be required)

- Planning Meeting 12 weeks before event

- Planning Meeting 4 weeks before event

- Final meeting 10-14 days before event

- Customized Timeline + Floor Plan Creation

- One venue visit and walk through (based on location travel fee may be required)

- Review vendor contracts and Collect vendor certificates and insurance for venue

- Connect with vendors 4 weeks prior to wedding date

- Act as main contact for vendors day of

- Set up and tear down of client provided decor (based on scope of work)

- Coordination of the moving parts of the Ceremony and Reception

- Limited phone and email communication from time of booking and unlimited communication starting at 12 weeks prior to event

Events smaller than 50 guests do not require assistant, events of 75-150 guests require one assistant, and events over 150 guests are based on lead coordination discretion.
